- Creating the legal basis to promote the UCCN projects
- Laying the foundations to provide a financial support for creative activities according to the revision of Local Finance Act

- Objective and Definition (Clause 1 ~ 2)
- Determining the project range for the UCCN promotion and Establishing and Implementing the Master Plan (Clause 3 ~ 4)
- Organizing the UCCN Promotion Committee in field of Crafts and Folk Arts (Clause 5 ~ 11)
- Regulation of expense disbursement for the job performance of the committee (Clause 12 ~ 14)
